A l'instar de La Fête de l'Huma, Solidays n'est en réalité qu'un support pour un message, celui de la lutte contre le SIDA. Pendant trois jours, plusieurs centaines de bénévoles -ou non- s'affairent dans l'hippodrome de Longchamp pour que puissent se passer au mieux les dizaines de concert devant des dizaines de milliers de festivaliers.
